3. Brokerage Remuneration: 1% of the registered sale value.

4. The 1% fee is exclusive of taxes (such as GST).

5. Fees are due immediately upon the execution/registration of the Definitive Agreement (Sale Deed), payable at the time of registration.

6. Scope of Work:

   1. Sourcing and identifying suitable properties.

   2. Arranging site visits for the prospective buyer.

   3. Facilitating commercial negotiations.

   4. Providing professional documentation assistance.

7. The client carries the absolute burden of confirming that the property title is clear and marketable, and that QFA Properties is not responsible for legal/financial advice.

8. The fees are non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances once the transaction is finalised.

9. QFA Properties' liability is restricted to providing intermediation services, shielding QFA Properties from third-party claims or breaches between buyer and seller.

10. All commercial pricing and terms are confidential between both transacting entities.
